- Title services
We’ll perform a thorough title examination to make sure there are no issues that may prevent the title from being transferred, including uncommon liens, easements, and encroachments. Once complete, we’ll guarantee the condition of title through title insurance.
- Closing services
Our team will prepare or gather all closing documents, collect closing funds, and distribute the proceeds to the appropriate parties through escrow. We’ll also ensure all deeds and other instruments are properly filed in the county records.
Bungalo Closing Services, LLC ("BCS") has a business relationship with various entities, including Main Street Renewal, LLC, a licensed real estate brokerage (“MSR”), and several buying entities (one of whom may be contracted to purchase your property that is the subject of the escrow with BCS) (each, a “Buyer Co”) . Specifically, Amherst Residential Holdings, LLC (“ARH”) owns, either directly or indirectly, a majority interest in each of BCS, MSR, and Buyer Co.
When we get closer to closing, we can also assist with setting up a Mobile Notary to meet you at a location of your choice or you can choose RON (Remote Online Notarization), which allows you to log on to a computer and sign your docs in front of a Notary virtually. The cost for these services range from $75 to $150. You may also make arrangements with your local bank or another local notary with whom you are familiar.
